SHIPPING POLICY

How our drops work

THE MORTALITY ARCHIVE releases garments in numbered drops. Some drops are preorders: the specimen is offered for a fixed window, produced once the window closes, and shipped as a single batch. Other drops ship from stock. Each product page states which applies before you buy.

Preorder drops

• Each preorder runs for a fixed window (typically 5 days), with open and close dates stated on the product page.
• Production begins after the preorder window closes, not at the moment of purchase. Ordering early does not mean earlier dispatch; every order in a drop ships together.
• Estimated dispatch: within 5 weeks of the preorder closing. The estimated dispatch date for the current drop is stated on the product page.
• You will receive email updates when your order is placed, when production begins, and when your order ships with tracking.
• If a drop does not reach its minimum production quantity, we reserve the right to cancel the drop and refund all orders in full.

In-stock drops

Items marked as in stock are dispatched within 3 working days of your order.

Delivery

United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked 48, £4.95. Typically 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Delays

If production or shipping is delayed beyond the estimated dispatch date, we will email you with a revised date. If dispatch is delayed more than 30 days beyond the estimated date, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at mujo.archive@gmail.com before dispatch and we will correct it. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.
